Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to our customers through USPS and occasionally FedEX or UPS depending upon location.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless the order contains pre-order products. You will be notified by email when your order ships and provided with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 1-2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder. Our fulfillment team is working diligently to dispatch your order. However, due to high holiday demand, there may be an extra day added to our standard processing time.

Shipping times vary based on the method of delivery and shipping destination. Holiday volume and carrier issues may result in delays - but generally, orders within the United States are received in 2-8 business days. 

Please note, 21 Again is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you encounter any delivery issues, please contact us at help@armra.com so we may evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.

Changes to Orders

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, including to the shipping address, please contact us by email (info@21again.com) as soon as possible after placing your order. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed/fulfilled we are unable to make any further adjustments or changes.
